Unleash the Hero Inside

This year’s Fall Product Sale is aimed at unleashing the hero inside of every girl! Starting September 15, the Fall Product Sale is a great way for troops to launch their new membership year. We have lots of exciting enhancements this year, including a special patch for girls that participate in both the Fall Product Sale and the Girl Scout Cookie Sale. Don’t delay, renew your Girl Scout membership today – troops with 100 percent registration by August 31 and 100 percent participation in fall product are eligible to win $250!

There’s Still Time! Join Us for Farnsworth Weekend 2017

Join us on September 8-10 for Farnsworth Weekend at Camp Farnsworth. Enjoy great workshops, connect with other Girl Scouts, relax, and most importantly – have fun! Important Retail Updates

For the month of August, the Williston store hours are as follows:
• Monday: Closed
• Tuesday: 9 am – 4:30 pm
• Wednesday: 9 am – 4:30 pm
• Thursday: 9 am – 4:30 pm
• Friday: 9 am – noon

Also, please note that both retail stores in Bedford and Williston will be closed for inventory on September 25-29. But don’t worry, our online Girl Scout shop is always open 24/7!

Sing-Along and S’mores for a Good Cause

Enjoy some singing and s’mores for a good cause on August 15 and September 24 at Camp Kettleford in Bedford, New Hampshire. The Torchbearers, a GSGWM alumnae group, will be hosting two Bring-A-Friend Sing-Along and Campfire events to help raise funds to repair a chimney at Camp Farnsworth. Adults and girls are welcome.

Take the Lead – We Need Your Help

We have two great series this year that are in need of a few additional volunteers to help make them unforgettable for GSGWM girls. We’re seeking your help with Media Mavens, which teaches girls about different types of media, and our new Astronomy series, which teaches girls more about the wonders of astronomy. Interested? Become a BOLS Facilitator

Do you love camping and the outdoors? If so, consider becoming a BOLS facilitator. Help coach adults to develop girls’ camping skills. You’ll work with a team of GSGWM facilitators who thrive on teaching an array of camping skills to girls of all ages. Interested or need more information? Hidden Figures Movie Night – August 23 – 24, New Hampshire and Vermont
GSGWM volunteers, we are holding two FREE movies nights in New Hampshire and Vermont just for you! We’ll be showing the award-winning movie Hidden Figures on Wednesday, August 23: GSGWM Williston office, 6:45 – 9 pm; and Thursday, August 24: Camp Seawood, 6:45 – 9 pm. To reserve your seat, contact Customer Care with the location you’d like to attend.

Robotics Team Information Session – August 16, GSGWM Bedford Office
September 7, Virtual – Online

Learn more about FIRST robotics and help get a team started in your area. We will also discuss the commitment it takes to oversee a team and connect you with volunteers in your community who may be willing to help with your team. Please call Customer Care to reserve your spot for the August event.

New Hampshire Coastal Clean-up – September 16, Odiorne Point State Park
For Daisies through Ambassadors – Join the Coastal Rompers and dozens of Girl Scout volunteers to help survey and clean .9 miles of beach.

Amazing Race – September 17, Camp Farnsworth
For Brownies through Ambassadors – Join us at Camp Farnsworth for a fun competition based on the hit TV show Amazing Race. Along with mental and physical challenges, participants will enjoy many classic camp activities. We’ll end the day with a campfire for all with s’mores and songs. Badge provided to girls participating in the event.

Laura Wilder Weekend – September 22-24, Camp Kettleford
For Juniors and Cadettes. Journey to the Little House on the Prairie for some old-fashioned fun! Learn how to cook prairie foods, make prairie crafts, and learn about how girls’ lives are different today. Each girl will receive a patch.
